"I have never written a review on a hotel before but the supreme service I found at the Moments House has compelled me to spread the good word! Deciding on a hotel is Gurgaon was stressful as most have bad reviews however believe EVERY word you read about this hotel! I was delighted with the stay at the hotel and package organized for us. The service was impressive and hassle free. Everyone was genuinely keen to help not just for tips. It was safe and secure and everyone was very helpful! Brilliant value for money! I will definitely recommend your hotel to colleagues, family and friends! I would not hesitate to stay with you again next time I am in Gurgaon ! We had a very pleasant stay at Moments House. The hotel is very well and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located regarding that the Malls are at a walking distance and not far from Hotel. The travel agency is highly recommended. Very efficient. Dona, NJ
"My wife & I want to thank the Hotel Representative Mr Ranbir Gehlot and his staff for making our stay enjoyable and safe. The hospitality was fantastic - Staff are friendly and exeptionally helpful. The hotel surroundings are typical for a normal Indian inner cities, with easy access to shopping, resturants in Gurgaon. Rooms are spacious, tiled floors with en-suite bathrooms, which are clean. While staying here, it was treated with the utmost respect and found myself smiling all the time. I had a great time. The best hotel in my 2 week trip to India. It was clean, had free fast internet, and close to many attractions. The best thing about the hotel though was the staff. I arrived here as a female, solo, first timer to Gurgaon. The receptionist looked at me and said 'don't be terrified, we are all family here'. And he was right. All the staff were magnificent. When i lost my phone, one of them even accompanied me on the manic streets to help find it. All the room service staff were polite, and friendly. ( and mmmm the food was fabulous!) Anjela, Milan
